![]() ![]() Viber offers pretty much everything WhatsApp does. It has almost every feature Slack has, but my team didn't need as many so it was a cheaper alternative, and we just switched. My team was using Slack before we switched to Viber. A multi-platform application, I can use it either from my Android phone or my laptop, because it is found in many application stores such as Google Play, App Store, and Windows, and the best thing is that there is a web platform. There is no interruption during voice and video calls, unlike many other applications. This feature was the first reason for me to get to know Viber, because through this feature I am allowed to make international calls at a much cheaper rate than the carriers, in addition to that they give you a special number. 'Viber out' feature, and the ability to give the user a private number when calling. I think it is well designed and programmed because it is a light app, and it responds smoothly to the user. The application is fast and highly responsive to the user. Pros: - Easy and good-looking app interface because of the presence of some attractive colors in the application and simple animation that gives the application a relaxing view. Also same goes for PC version of viber, which sometimes is generally very laggy and has bugs for the update feature ( because I tend sometimes to get 2-3 messages for update during the same week, but startup of the application stays the same - very slow ). ![]() Lastly, sometimes it becomes in general unusable, which is the result of new update which is a "must be" thing to be performed if user wants to use viber without any issues, so getting a message that there is a new update should be implemented. Of course, with these kind of issues, users are never getting a help from their mobile operators and they are being sent to Viber Support instead and the whole process takes ages sometimes, when user is trying to make lets say it like that, a new viber account with "old" number. Also when people are switching from one phone number to another, sometimes old setup stays with the previous number, which gets sold after some time, so when next users gets accidentally that number, he also gets a lot of messages from some people who he\she personally doesn't know ( and they tend to act like stalkers, because they don't believe that "new" person is using that number now ). All from an elegant, intuitive interface.Cons: Sometimes audio quality is really bad during the call, especially when people are calling from different local internet providers ( while internet quality is actually really good at the same time ). First of all, it makes it easy to download virtually any APK offered on Google Play, and second, it enables you to manage the apps already on your device. Overall, Aurora Store is an intriguing app, that completes two functions. From Aurora Store you can check if there’s new updates available for any of your apps, block an app from updating, as well as choose if you’d rather automatically delete APKs once an app is installed, or keep them on your device. On top of all those features, Aurora Store also makes it easy to manage apps already installed on your device. Not only that, but you can also search for older versions of apps on Aurora Store so long as you have the version code. With this app, you can check app descriptions, screenshots, updates, other users' comments, and download the APK directly to your device with just a tap. Although it’s a fork, it’s basically the same app, and allows you to download any APK offer on Google Play without a google play account.Īurora Store has all the same information as Google Play. Aurora Store is a Yalp Store fork (Yalp Store is also available on Uptodown) that offers basically all the same features, but from a much more elegant and functional interface.
